When parks could reopen in summer 2020 after the Coronavirus pandemic a few new developments were ready to welcome holidaymakers
- Adventure village at Caister-on-Sea
- Adventure village at Golden Sands
- Marina Bar and Stage at Lakeland
- Marina Bar and Stage at Seashore
- Pizza Deck at Seashore
- Oodles Amusement Centre at Seashore
- Oodles Amusement Centre at Craig Tara
Due to delays caused by the pandemic, the Marina Bar and Stage at Greenacres was unable to open until Spring 2021.
